LINK LOVE / 2

.

How was everyone's week? I survived my first week at work, and I love my new job! It's so awesome to  have a job doing what I do in my free time already :) This weekend, we have reservations at a fancy restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner, and the rest of the time I'll be running, meeting with new clients, and spending a little QT with my man and my puppy. Here are my favorite links of the week:

I want to have a photo of my future baby with giant balloons.

The weather finally got cold, and I want to cuddle up under all of these blankets.

I have always had a hard time remembering this.

Donut themed bridal shower!? Yes.

I think something I own needs to have heart shaped felt elbow patches attached to it.

This series of pregnancy to baby pictures is too sweet.

My non-morning-person self needs this. And this.

Such a cute idea! Turning kids' drawings into real toys.

What an awesome way to document your family travels.

Fluffiness!

I don't know why, but this picture made me laugh for a straight 5 minutes.

A balloony storefront!

Jam and Toast
In the world of Jam+Toast...

Last weekend we had our bridal show, and had a great time! Here are a few pictures from it.

This weekend and week to come, we're meeting with quite a few brides, which should be really fun!

Have a great weekend!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAD MORE TIME?

http://d30opm7hsgivgh.cloudfront.net/upload/5 162799_uxfgYe54_c.jpg

Over the weekend, I was talking to a friend of mine about time and being busy, and she was telling me that she wishes she had more alone time to read. Reading is her favorite way to relax, but as her career has gotten busier, the pile of books on her nightstand has gotten higher and higher.

My mom has said since I was little that if she had time, she would get the house perfectly organized. Some people talk about starting a small business when they retire. Some say that once they have more time, they will focus on getting in great shape, or run a marathon, or write a book, or learn an instrument...It seems like everyone has something on reserve in their mind that they would love to do if they had more time.

I'm curious: What would you do if you had more time?
What is the thing you've been wanting to do, but haven't been able to dedicate space for in your schedule?

Leave a comment, and let me know.

FREE PRINTABLE: WEEKLY TO-DO LIST

As part of my organizing project, and due to the fact that my schedule is getting busier, I decided I needed to create a list of things that consistently need done on a weekly basis. It's easier to have all of the "every week" stuff on a separate sheet than to write the same tasks in my planner every single week.

Here's my Weekly To-Do List:

I printed a letter-sized sheet to hang on the fridge, and a 4x6 to tape inside my planner.

I went ahead and made a few different color schemes - print one out for yourself, if you want!

COOL WORKSPACE: MIX OF OLD + NEW

I'm not sure what this room is used for (maybe fashion design?), but I love the cool mix of the old desk and phone, bust-forms, zig zags, and pops of color.
